Once you have completed your checkout, an email order confirmation will be sent to you. Our warehouse will ship your items within 48 hours and email you with a tracking number.
Returns accepted when initiated within 3 business days of delivery. Initial shipping costs, duties and taxes for importation and return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund.
Returns is subjected to the condition that the product delivered is not as described in the following:-
1. Model number is not as mentioned in the product page. Please note that ArtNo is also referred to as the model number.
2. Wrong colour as described in the product page.
3. Wrong size as mentioned in the product page. Please note measurements are subjected to a 10% discrepancy due to the way each item is measured.
4. Defective items. Please note that Asheree maintains the final decision to decide if the product is defective. All our products will go through 3 levels of authentication and quality control both at source of delivery in Europe and our Singapore distribution centre to ensure the chances of defective items are minimized.
