Entrupy Bag Authentication in Singapore

Authentication prices

• Hermès: S$190 per bag
• Other eligible brands: S$49 per bag

These are final prices in SGD. The applicable fee—S$190 for Hermès or S$49 for other eligible brands—is payable regardless of the result, including an unsuccessful or inconclusive assessment.

An Entrupy certificate is issued only when the bag is confirmed authentic. An unsuccessful or inconclusive result does not qualify for an authenticity certificate. An inconclusive result is not, by itself, confirmation that an item is counterfeit.

How authentication works

1. Contact us with your bag’s brand, model and material, or bring it to our store.
2. We check whether the bag is eligible for assessment using Entrupy before proceeding.
3. The Entrupy assessment is performed on-site.
4. We communicate the result and provide an Entrupy certificate if authenticity is confirmed.

When will I get the result?

Results may be available immediately or by the next working day, depending on Entrupy. An immediate result is not guaranteed.

Which bags can be assessed?

Eligibility depends on the brand, model, material and Entrupy’s supported coverage. Please ask us to confirm your bag’s eligibility before you visit. We do not promise that every brand or material can be assessed.
